Swim Coaching

Swim coaching sessions identify your current level of swimming ability. Technique, efficiency, body position and stroke rate are analyzed. Form corrections and drills are provided to make you a more proficient swimmer. For the multi sport athlete the transition from the swim to the second sport is also included in the training.

Individualized Swim Coaching Includes:
  • Consultation either in person, via phone or email.
  • Analysis of swimming form and bio mechanics.
  • Initial endurance testing to establish your training zones.
  • Periodized strength and aerobic schedules sent monthly.
  • Nutritional overview and guidance.
  • Unlimited contact to your coach via email and phone.
  • Final race preparation to ensure your on track.
